By using the Solarium Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Privacy Policies and End User Licensing Agreements and agree to its terms.

Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate your access to the App at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.
